The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Medical Liaison, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in their fields of expertise. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, health care professionals and researchers to facilitate the exchange of information about our products and services.
- Providing comprehensive scientific and clinical support to internal teams, including sales and marketing, and assist in the development of educational materials.
- Supporting new product development teams and assisting with structured advisory panels.
- Presenting clinical and product information at medical conferences, meetings, and symposia, ensuring accurate and effective communication of the value of Solventum products.
- Identifying and engaging in collaborations with external researchers and institutions to explore potential clinical research initiatives and studies related to our products.
- Gathering and communicating feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance, patient outcomes, and potential areas for product development.
- Providing training and education to internal teams and external stakeholders on product usage, safety, and clinical benefits. Includes the development/review of medical education topics, selection of speakers and coordination of health care professional engagement.
- Ensuring that all activities comply with relevant regulatory and ethical standards, maintaining the integrity and reputation of Solventum.
Your Skills and Expertise
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Ph.D., PharmD, MD, or equivalent doctoral-level qualification) in a relevant field.
- 3 (three) years of relevant working experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- 5 (five) years of Medical Affairs experience in Medical Device Field.
- Knowledge of Advanced Wound Care
- Strong understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, including clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Travel as needed to engage with healthcare professionals and attend industry conferences.

- Remote in USA
Travel: May include up to 50% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
