Nightwing is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to join a team of supply chain professionals responsible for the development and execution of the material procurement strategy for the Cyber Offensive and Defensive Experts (CODEX) Sub Business Unit (SBU).  The CODEX SBU is one of the fastest growing areas within Nightwing and with cybersecurity viewed as an imperative to national security, this is a team you want to join if you want to grow your career. CODEX offers flexible work arrangements, casual work attire, and employee morale events. This is a collaborative role in a matrixed environment requiring partnership with Business Development, Contracts, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing various purchase types, preparing/issuing Purchase Requisitions (PRs), requests for quote (RFQs)/proposal (RFPs), supporting prime contract proposal activities, and utilizing and documenting multiple source selection techniques. Additional responsibilities include helping develop and execute the supply chain strategy for Front End of the Business (FEOTB) activity for programs within the CODEX portfolio, to include support managing the Supply Chain proposal pipeline (i.e., Pricing Material BOM, requests for quote (RFQs)/proposal (RFPs))

The ideal candidate will have experience with FAR/DFAR, ITAR, and public law standard terms and conditions of purchase, financial management (budgets, targets, forecasting), performing cost/price analyses, establishing negotiation objectives/strategies, conducting negotiations, identifying supplier risks/opportunities, and a demonstrated ability to work within a cross-functional team.
