 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and track various marketing programs tailored to banking services and products.
  • Support internal and external communications, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • Create and manage tear sheets for various banking products and services.
  • Develop email campaigns to promote banking products and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive digital and social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, compliance approvals, and engagement monitoring.
  • Develop and execute paid social media ads targeting banking customers.
  • Assist in blog content planning and advertisement coordination, focusing on financial topics.
  • In conjunction with others within the marketing department, coordinate tradeshow and event planning, including sponsorships, logistics, registrations, vendor coordination, and promotional campaigns related to banking.
  • Manage award submissions and coordinate related marketing efforts to highlight the bank's achievements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing-related role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
    • Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience using nCino, Salesforce, or other similar CRM applications.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with content marketing, social media management, email campaigns, and digital advertising. Thorough      knowledge of the top social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to independently drive projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
