Marketing Specialist - FOS

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop:- Written market-specific content, including narratives for proactive and reactive (RFP-driven) marketing pursuits and collateral.
- Written copy for project approaches and scopes of work in coordination with the marketing and operations workgroups.
- Client, market, and opportunity-based research.
- Support for preparation of project interview teams.
- Support for sales-to-service transition meetings.
- Project meeting minutes during the onboarding process.
- With operations and software sales teams to understand market forces and client value propositions.
- With clients to understand their needs and challenges in order to build appropriate proposals for solutions.
- With sales and marketing teams to inform internal firm strategies.
- With CannonDesign BMBD team and marketing specialists.
- Best outcomes for top pursuits, including approach, staffing, subject-matter guidance, and content development.
- Overall quality of all marketing deliverables and communications and complete conformance with proposal and submittal requirements.
- Growth of the practice with written materials to promote, introduce, and implement new market-responsive service lines.
Maintain:
- A growing proposal content library in our RFX software, Loopio.
- In-house marketing analytics.
- Opportunity data and tasks in CRM platforms.
- Participate in FOS Leadership strategic planning efforts.
- May perform other duties as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field required.
- A minimum of 3 years of related work experience required.
- Related experience working in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm preferred.
- Related experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry preferred.
- Must be proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented and have an enthusiasm for innovation.
- Strong time and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Superior verbal, presentation, and graphic design skills are desired but not required.
- Strong proficiency with MS Suite and Adobe Suite required; proficiency in InDesign preferred.
- Familiarity with Deltek CRM Vision, Salesforce and Miro is a plus.
