Role Overview:

Reporting to the New York Life Group Benefit Solutions (NYL GBS) Marketing Sales Enablement lead, this role is responsible for the development and delivery of modern, relevant, and impactful marketing sales enablement assets that support key business needs and strategies. The right candidate will have advanced skills in design and storytelling with a forward-thinking approach to delivering compelling and impactful visual content.

 

To be effective in this role, you must customize and develop innovative materials that demonstrate the care New York Life has towards an employer’s unique needs demonstrating us as an innovative/tech savvy carrier who is evolving with the times. An innovative and efficient approach to storytelling improves our ability to differentiate within the sales cycle - the finalist experience. The goal would be to help differentiate, captivate, and keep conversations moving forward via the finalist opportunity to drive sales.

 

Expectations include having advanced presentment skills and demonstrated success in broad-scope deliverables leveraging tools such as PowerPoint, Seismic and CEROS – to enable our Sales teams with the key resources needed to help grow the business. 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Develop, design, and execute exceptional on-brand presentations and content that surprises and delights while solving for the identified business need.
  • Have a strong understanding of the competitive market, including emerging solutions and opportunities, and work to differentiate solutions as well as identify and embrace opportunities for further innovation.
  • Serve as a brand champion – partnering with Brand, Creative, and Communications to ensure consistency of voice and design as well as compliance with all applicable policies and guidelines.
