As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the key contact for Account Coordinators and internal teams. We're looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and passionate about helping others. You'll also be highly skilled in communication, offer great customer service, and have exceptional time management, and project management skills.
You'll be responsible for supporting Account Coordinators with their accounts, where you will commit to delivering project completion, developing awesome marketing strategies, and collaborating with our design, Salesforce, Pardot, and development teams to execute client projects. Responsibilities:Â
- Work with our Account Coordinators to create and implement campaignsÂ
- Develop campaign calendars on a weekly basisÂ
- Monitor marketing analyticsÂ
- Create reports for clientsÂ
- Build relationships with Account Coordinators based on trust and respectÂ
- Communicate with clients in writingÂ
- Display strong empathy and emotional intelligence skills
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillmentÂ
- Keep documentation of project notes and any client processesÂ
Requirements:Â
- 2+ years experience in account managementÂ
- Extremely detail-orientedÂ
- Excellent oral and written communication skillsÂ
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, Lucid Chart, Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, and etc.Â
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and think strategicallyÂ
Experience:Â
- Marketing: minimum of 1 year (Not Required)Â
- Account Management: minimum of 2 years (Required)Â
