Regional Marketing Manager

This role will support our marketing initiatives and enhance the dining experience for students. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive engagement and promote our brand effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Training & Execution Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to operators, ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Operator Feedback: Establish and maintain a feedback loop with operators to gather insights, identify challenges, and refine marketing strategies.
  • Ownership of Dining Environment: Oversee the dining environment to ensure it aligns with brand standards and enhances student engagement.
  • Implementation Support: Assist with the implementation of brand strategies, including Capital Equipment Requests(CERs),Marketing Playbook, Promotions and other onsite marketing efforts.
  • Merchandising Oversight: Manage merchandising strategies to effectively showcase products and enhance the dining experience.
  • Field Training: Conduct field training sessions to ensure that staff are well-equipped to execute marketing programs and initiatives successfully.
  • Culinary and Programmatic Execution: Develop guidelines for running sampling programs and executing breakfast cart initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Quality Audits (Fresh Eyes): Conduct quality audits to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and ensure they meet brand standards and expectations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in training, and presentation development.

 

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Travel required – up to 75%
  • Work from home with travel, candidates must live in the geographic territory, preferably near a major airport.  States include:  PA, NY, and NJ

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. 

 

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
