Job Summary

To support our extraordinary team who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Marketing Manager located in  San Diego, CA remote.  

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Integrated Marketing and Communications the Marketing Manager role In charge of managing and directing marketing projects and programs for specific industry, product or function area.

What a typical day looks like:

• Drives and owns holistic marketing initiatives within specific industry or product sectors and develops marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, deliverables, scheduling, and tactical plans.
• Increase the awareness and comprehension of the company's products and opportunities for sales enablement.
• Engages with internal and customers to build relationships to partner through establishing strategies and goals for deliverables.
• Continues to engage market research and identify key trends within industry for improvements that maximize impact.
• Conducts market research, monitors fierce activity, and identifies customer needs.
• Identify and prioritize key themes and concepts, partner with Subject Experts, function and/or business to create storylines and content, create deliverables, publish, survey and research feedback for adjustments.
• Defines Flex's end-to-end value proposition.
• Holds up regional and global marketing initiatives.
• Be proactive in networking within the marketplace to ensure the introduction of business from customers to achieve stretching new business targets.
• Develop and implement processes, tools, templates, etc for campaigns and future efficiencies.
• Provides marketing hold up and training to sales and account management organization.
• Participates with other senior managers in establishing strategic organizational plans and goals.
• Interacts regularly with business and functional business and customers.
• Provides weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports of project impacts.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Typically requires 10+ years of marketing management experience.

Pay Range (Applicable to California)

$98,200.00 USD - $135,000.00 USD Annual
