Your new role: Marketing Development Representative

Location: Plano, TX, United States
Potential Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour

As a Marketing Development Representative at Cognigy, you'll support our marketing and sales teams in pipeline generation and qualification. As the first line of response, you’ll communicate directly with prospects via email and phone who have requested a demo or more information about Cognigy and establish rapport to enhance lead conversion rates. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact. Build experience towards a rewarding marketing or sales career with valuable experience and training in prospecting, communication, and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with inbound prospects via email and phone who have requested a demo or more information about Cognigy and qualify them by understanding their needs and pain points, leveraging predefined criteria to determine their readiness for the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads, providing them with comprehensive background information and insights to facilitate the sales process and move prospects through the pipeline.
