Regional Communications Manager - Student Nutrition
This role focuses on fostering effective communication with our internal stakeholders, including community members, parents, teachers, and students. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to convey messages clearly and effectively, using their expertise to engage and inform our audience.
Job Responsibilities
- Internal Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance engagement with internal stakeholders, including staff and administration.
- Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, ensuring transparent and consistent communication with parents, teachers, and students.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to various stakeholders.
- MJR/CBR Collection and Review: Oversee the collection and review of Monthly Joint Reviews (MJR) and Client Business Reviews (CBR) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Content Development: Create and manage communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and social media content, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Establish channels for feedback from stakeholders to continually improve communication strategies and address concerns effectively.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and engagement.
- Ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in developing communication strategies and managing stakeholder relationships.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Travel required
- Work from home with travel, candidates must live in the geographic territory, preferably near a major airport. States include: IL, MI, WI, MN, IA, MO, CO, AZ, NV, CA

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
