The Opportunity 

As a Marketing Campaign Operations Manager, reporting directly to the Director, Marketing Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns, supporting a growing Marketing function as our campaigns increase in volume, complexity, and sophistication. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and upholding campaign operations processes, strategy, and execution, managing program templates and token strategy, and fulfilling campaign activation requests from internal customers. These requests can range from simple email sends to managing complex programs such as always-on webinars. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to test and track program effectiveness, ensuring our campaigns achieve the desired outcomes. 

The Skillset 

  • B.A. or B.S.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo, demonstrating proficiency in managing and optimizing complex campaigns

  • Familiarity with a variety of MarTech tools, including Drift, On24, Wistia, iCapture, Splash, and Unbounce, showcasing an ability to leverage technology for campaign success and efficiency.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of campaign operations are executed with precision

  • Strong project planning and management skills, capable of handling multiple complex campaigns simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders

  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, valuing input and cooperation from all team members

  • Demonstrated ability to track, test, and optimize program performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement

  • Growth mindset rooted in curiosity about program performance and optimization

  • Ability to adapt and respond to challenges swiftly, maintaining the smooth execution of campaigns

90 Days at Flock

This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired as a Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager at Flock Safety. 

The First 30 Days

  • Achieve a comprehensive understanding of current Campaign Operations processes to enable seamless management of Campaign Operations and execution of requests

  • Execute Campaign Operations requests ensuring alignment with documented processes and maintaining quality assurance standards

  • Begin auditing and identification of campaign process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and increase the effectiveness of our Campaign Operations

The First 60 Days 

  • Take full ownership of campaign activation ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient execution of all Marketing campaigns

  • Implement proposed campaign process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize the overall effectiveness of our Campaign Operations

  • Implement and begin enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Campaign Operations to enhance operational efficiency, improve accountability, and ensure timely and consistent delivery of Marketing campaigns

90 Days & Beyond 

  • Establish key reporting metrics & standardized campaign reporting to ensure consistency and uniformity in reporting, enabling the entire Marketing team to look at the same data for informed, data-driven decisions

  • Identify ways to optimize our martech stack to enhance Campaign Operations and ensure all tools effectively meet the needs of the Marketing and Marketing Operations teams

  • Update existing Campaign Operations documentation to ensure completeness, consistent knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices

Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners. 

  4. The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more. 

Salary & Equity

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $100,000 and $120,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
