We are looking to add a Manager, Traffic to our team. We are open to remote candidates based in continental United States. You have experience in Broadcast TV/ Radio, managing internal and external relationships with clients and vendors, and excel at high-volume emails and communication and are ready for the next step in your career. As the Manager, Traffic you are the primary contact for clients and vendors on assigned accounts. You will report to the Senior Manager.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Help develop step by step guidelines and processes for assigned account(s)
Execute traffic in cooperation with the account management, media, and client and/or creative team/ agency.
Resolve issues on assigned account(s) relating to traffic, between account teams and buyers; fix incorrectly booked media
Distribute completed projects with detailed traffic instructions to appropriate vendors and confirm orders
Review weekly talent reports for accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years experience in Broadcast (TV/ Radio) in an Account Management, Project Management, Planning and/ or Buying capacity
Advanced experience working with Microsoft Outlook (creating and organizing folders, answering and/or managing 500+ emails per day )
Knowledge/ experience working with Microsoft SharePoint
Experience managing and working across several client accounts simultaneously
Experience mentoring/ managing junior teammates

The anticipated salary range for this position is 53K- 80K. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
