We’re looking for a Manager, Special Projects to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve how Grow Therapy scales and operates. You’ll lead the Special Projects team that sits under Business Operations, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Operations. Your responsibilities will include leading complex projects, building scalable systems, and partnering across teams to solve critical business challenges.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a Special Projects team of 2 Operations Associates
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and solve strategic or operational problems that don’t clearly fall within a single team’s remit, often in ambiguous or fast-changing areas.
- Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, or processes that improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making across the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (e.g., Operations, Data, Strategic Partnerships, Payor Success, etc.) to understand needs, drive alignment, and support execution.
The salary range for this position is $107,681.00 - $140,760.00 USD.
You’ll be a good fit if you are:
- A Thoughtful Leader: You have 5+ years of experience and 2+ years managing a team of direct reports.
- A Problem Solver: You ideally have experience in management consulting and/or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup.You’re able to identify business challenges based on metrics and analyses, and you’re ready to recommend solutions to improve business processes.
- A data-driven decision maker: You have expert-level Excel/Google Sheet modeling skills and have strong SQL skills. You ground your thinking in data, using metrics and analysis to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and guide operational decisions.
