About the role
As a Manager, you will lead our team of Talent Sourcers to scale our Business (Shared Services, Sales and Operations) sourcing pipelines to support our recruiting goals. This role will report to the Manager, Business Talent Sourcing and partner closely with other recruiting leaders as well as cross functional teams (i.e. People Analytics, Equity & Belonging, Recruiting Operations, etc.). Drive adoption, optimization and utilization of all sourcing channels, platforms and tools
