Summary
We are looking for a leader who will be responsible for a team of business analysts, configuration and product specialists who will implement one or more of our products from the Gainwell portfolio. Who is also well versed in the product’s future plans. Manages product implementation teams in building and maintaining strong, positive business partner relationships with the client(s) or potential clients. Manages end to end implementation activities ensuring that project specific objectives are met; develops implementation practice plans; reviews and resolves issues and problems related to staffing and estimating and client concerns.
Your role in our mission
- Leading work stream leaders while coaching and mentoring.
- Has experience with staffing and hiring, ensuring staff is trained on product features and functions.
- Manages planning and product implementation.
- Works with various Gainwell departments and teams in planning and delivering end-to-end services. Identifies issues and recommends alternative approaches.
- Equal balance between strategic VS tactical and planning VS execution.
- Manages and ensures delivery of products meet client and company expectations and needs.
- Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product.
- Plan, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that support current and future business needs.
- Develop and follow systematic processes to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates or patches in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of system configurations, policies, and procedures; regularly report on performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical staff, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring the team’s professional growth.
What we're looking for
- Computer science or similar degree
- 3-5 years of professional supervisory or management experience
- Experience working within healthcare industry (Knowledge of care management, claims, encounters, managed care and/or financials.
- Experience working with company products and operating systems
- Experience working with proposals in a project management setting
What you should expect in this role
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

- Employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
- Company provided computer for work use.
- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
