Summary
The Manager, CX Project Management will lead a team of project managers to deliver complex CX scope within our broader client implementations. This role ensures that projects align with business, client, and department expectations, ensuring successful delivery. The PM Manager provides leadership and oversight of resources assigned to coordinate implementations and to develop, maintain, and execute the project schedule. In addition, this role assists with supporting the CX PMO goals and deliverables for the department including mentorship for PM colleagues.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a team of highly skilled project managers responsible for leading CX scopes of work
- Train and mentor team members on the department processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other leaders to ensure seamless and successful CX project execution
- Meet with team members on a regular interval one on one to review project status, ensure team is following standards for process and procedures following CX Project Methodology
- Review project status reports and work with team members to make necessary updates or course adjustments based on project trajectory
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish organizational and client goals
- Drive achievement of assigned team goals
- Manage team utilization and project assignments to balance and maximize utilization of the team
- Prepare and conduct project lessons learned sessions on key projects to capture improvement opportunities and collaborate with appropriate teams in the organization to recommend and facilitate the execution of such improvements
- Supervises and monitors project activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among all staff members
- Collaborate with the broader leadership team to drive, collect, and publish enhancements to the CX project management practices, participating in the development and implementation of those enhancements
What we're looking for:
- PMP or other Project Management Certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of direct management experience leading a team of individual contributors
- 7+ years working in the BPO and/or Contact Center space; Contact Center operations or contact center solution knowledge is preferred
- 5+ years of healthcare experience; preferably in Medicaid or Medicare
- Ability to influence with or without direct supervisory authority in order to achieve business needs
- Ability to provide feedback, coaching and mentorship to a team with the goal of fostering a positive, results-oriented team
- Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively both within the team and across the organization

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
