JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, the individual will be an important contributor developing, leading, and optimizing various park programs, processes, promotions & events for both Owned + Operated and Franchise locations. As a Programs Manager you will work closely with cross functional teams and third-party vendors and be responsible for tracking, evaluating, and reporting on each program, promotion, or event.
Successful candidate will be self-driven, inquisitive, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills & work well in cross-functional team environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in event and membership program management in an agile project management setting and a proven ability to identify new programs, products, processes, or promotions to meet companywide objectives and enhance the Guest Experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a minimum of 2 - 5 years of event or membership program management experience. Experience managing a fitness industry membership program a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Flexibility with ever changing key initiatives
- Expertise in MS Office applications & project management platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Can adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
- Excellent written and verbal communications and effective interpersonal skills
- Strong formal presentation abilities
- Self-directing and self-motivating
- Ability to promote collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries
- Ability to create and manage project schedules and timelines
- Experience working directly with vendors, designers, software developers & engineers
RESPONSIBILITIES:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires the ability to remain stationary at a computer for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- This position requires the ability to effectively perceive speech and express ideas over the phone and via Teams, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation range is $80,000 – 95,000k annually + bonus based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Full-time employees at CircusTrix enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching. Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
