Summary

Responsible for leading and managing a professional services team(s), overseeing client engagements, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. Requires strong leadership, project management and client relationship skills to drive service delivery excellence and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

  • Leads and manages the professional services team.

  • Provides guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.

  • Fosters a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Service Delivery and Project Management

  • Oversees the delivery of professional services to clients, in partnership with PMO, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Collaborates with project managers to define project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.

  • Identifies risks and issues affecting project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships.

  • Addresses client concerns or issues promptly, seeking resolutions and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Allocates resources effectively, balancing client needs, team capabilities, and project priorities.

  • Manages resource utilization and capacity to optimize resource allocation and team efficiency.

General

  • Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.

  • Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises employees in Logicalis Professional Services. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Experience / Technical Requirements

  • 7 years’ experience in technical professional services management or related roles.

  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.

Certifications

  • None

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Outstanding oral, written, and technical/business communication skills.

  • Strong technical and customer interaction skills required. 

  • Ability to multi-task and accommodate requests from multiple customers and Logicalis Account Executives.

  • Ability to have business level conversation with customers and assist in deploying solutions to meet business requirements.

Salary Compensation Range:  $109,300 to $147,500 plus bonus
