About the Role

As part of our Professional Services Team, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead a team of consultants specializing in migrations from Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) to Abnormal Security. This role is pivotal in ensuring our team consistently delivers high-quality outcomes, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

In this leadership role, you will leverage your technical expertise, operational acumen, and strategic vision to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive seamless project execution. You will mentor and empower your team, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to clients while upholding the organization's core values.

A background in Secure Email Gateways (SEGs) is required, with experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms highly preferred.

  • Strong strategic and business acumen, with deep knowledge of industry best practices in professional services, project management, and resource management.
  • Experience working across teams or departments to align objectives and drive collective success in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle ambiguity, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Skilled in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to build high-performing teams aligned with company needs.

Base salary range:$138,000—$163,000 USD Apply
