The Zscaler Public Sector Professional Services team has the responsibility of guiding Zscaler's customers in the deployment and adoption of Zscaler technologies throughout our Public Sector customer base (Federal, SLED, and Healthcare). This opportunity is for the Public Sector Professional Services Manager (remote) position, reporting to the PS Director, and you will perform the majority of your work remotely, although travel to customer site(s) or Zscaler facilities may be required on an as-needed basis.

In this role, you will handle a broad range of responsibilities within the delivery of Professional Services to Zscaler's customers, including team management and performance assessments. Additionally, you will work with Zscaler's cloud operations, engineering, support, and sales teams to ensure Zscaler Professional Services are delivered promptly and help achieve the business, technical, and security goals for our customers. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a positive and engaging management style, with a focus on building, growing, and supporting your team.
