Pratt & Whitney is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Owner to drive innovative solutions for our commercial customers. As part of the EngineWise Connect Portal team within Commercial Engines Customer Support, you will oversee the business management of a web platform that provides customers with access to engine documentation, data, and applications. This role will be instrumental in shaping the strategic vision for key areas of EngineWise Connect, working closely with Digital Technology (DT), internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful execution and implementation.

What You Will Do:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the portal’s capabilities through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with IT and business teams to lead portal development projects from design to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
  • No-Code Development: Implement portal enhancements using Liferay (portal platform) and WalkMe (digital adoption platform) for a seamless user experience.
  • Incident And Problem Management: Act as a key partner in incident response, working with EngineWise Connect users to address high-impact incidents and identify solutions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in data management working with web applications and customer service principles and Agile concepts; OR Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience in data management working with web applications and customer service principles and Agile concepts
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here:  https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62 

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to listen to complaints/desires, comprehend, and solution capabilities that satisfy
  • Knowledge of Liferay and WalkMe software or experience with Jira and Confluence software
  • Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience communicating to influence and collaborate across teams and present across grade levels
  • Understanding of export compliance
  • Additional technical skills: SQL, CSS, HTML, Microsoft SQL/CRM, Data Visualization tools

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
