Key Qualifications:

  • Education - Bachelors or Equivalent Experience
  • Preferred Years of experience - 10 Years Preferred Years managing people - 3+ years in a Channel SE capacity handling partners of varying sizes and scope.
  • Expert knowledge in one or more of the following areas: cloud migration strategies, services offered by the major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), cloud native development, containers and orchestration, and Infrastructure
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to foster effective partner relationships
  • Proven record of successful demonstrations and presentation skills
  • Technical aptitude and a high degree of self-motivation to learn new technologies, including building live presentation environments and proof of concepts to enable our Partners and/or our Sales organization.
  • Contact Center industry experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Partner Solution Consultants, lead and coach the team to develop and nurture relationships with partners, presenting Five9 solutions through live presentations, webinars, and training events.
  • The team will jointly present at partner-led events and trade shows
  • Vital to this role is driving partner adoption and mindshare amidst a variety of solutions they could otherwise choose
  • Measured against the partner's achievement of their program certification and sales targets, and ability to maintain proficiency of the Five9 Technology stack.
  • Work closely with Channel Partner RVPs/Directors/Managers to co-sell our Five9 solution into larger and more demanding Enterprise and Strategic companies.
  • Must be able to travel regionally, up to 60% at times, providing on-site consulting work with partners in addition to working remotely from your home office.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of these functions.
  • Manage escalations from Partners, Partner Managers, and Partner SCs within the team.
  • Effectively communicate plans, progress, and status to both internal and partner organizations.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen partner relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the partner organization.
