Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations Innovation, the Manager, Ops Innovation is responsible for establishing and running operational tests; solution development; result analysis and validation. In addition the role will extend to production and service flow optimization; facilitating cross functional ideation sessions to gather input; stakeholder engagement and communication. The Manager, Operations Innovation will lead projects and be a subject matter expert as appropriate.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Leads proof of concept work for various innovation workstreams – Test Design, Execution, Analysis
Develops and documents procedures for test initiatives
Provides design input regarding production & service model enhancements
Informs kitchen design changes to maximize productivity and efficiencies
Analyzes capacity and capability studies to inform design changes
Collaborates with broader Restaurant Excellence Team on Operational and Equipment Testing
Represents Operations Innovation function on weekly NSO calls to inform teams of new design prototypes and equipment
Support International Operations with new equipment and prototypes
Inform the broader team of industry benchmarks and new equipment innovation and prototypes
Supports cross functional team projects
