Manager of Supplier Experience
United States
About Kojo
It's time to build. Whether it's creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. We’re making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.
Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we can’t live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, there’s been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.
Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, we are hiring a Manager of Supplier Experience. Our Supplier Experience team serves as the primary relationship managers with technical and commercial counterparts from Kojo’s supplier ecosystem.
About the Role
As the leader of Kojo’s Supplier Experience Team, you will own all aspects of the strategy and execution for Kojo’s Supplier Management and Integration program. Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Supplier Integration Managers who are currently managing day to day relationships and integration processes
Working closely with Kojo’s Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Support teams to identify and advocate for improvements to Kojo’s supplier portal to improve time to value, drive portal adoption, and ensure positive supplier and customer sentiment with Kojo’s supplier integration program
Proactively enabling suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders on Kojo’s supplier solution through content creation and multi-channel delivery, both individually and at scale
