Job Summary:
Currently hiring for a manager to lead policy administration operations within our Individual Disability Insurance (IDI) business line.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to own project management, process improvement, and team development initiatives in an effort to make a positive impact in the lives of our customers and the strength of our organization as we continue to grow this business. Using your subject-matter-expertise, you’ll have a strong influence and a higher level of exposure for your work in this close knit and connected leadership team.
Oversee and develop the skillset of our Inforce Policy Administration team using your expert knowledge, emotionally intelligent leadership skills, and insight for business.
Develop insightful and future-focused metrics, procedures, and policies.
Work closely with our Contact Center to knowledge share and ensure an impeccable first point of contact.
Resolve escalations and develop customer inspired solution to meet their service needs.
Collaborate with Sales team and master general agents.
Lead your team through complex change initiatives, resulting in a more satisfied customer and a stronger organization.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
At least 5 years of experience as a leader, showing success in progressing teams forward in work and development.
2+ years of application management experience (insurance, mortgage, or a similar line of work).
Strong skillset in change management and proven experience having guided a team through complex change initiatives.
Ability to read contracts and understand how the application life cycle affects a business end-to-end.
An understanding of contact center and customer interactions. Experience working in or with a contact center is highly desirable.
Experience in IDI or employee benefits is highly desirable.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$77,250.00 - $123,500.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
