Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager, Knowledge Management to join our Knowledge Management team.

About the role
You will focus on capturing, managing, and promoting the use of data, information, and knowledge across various business functions. In addition, it will include the tactical execution of short- and long-term program objectives through the coordination of activities and individuals with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, operational methods, monitoring, reporting, and overall regulatory compliance and efficacy of the programs. The manager will also provide mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities to their direct reports.
You will report to the Director, Operational Excellence.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $103,200 - $135,450 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $92,880 - $121,905 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Knowledge Management (KM) Program including system migrations, systems maintenance, fostering continuous systems and program improvement, data integrity and User Experience (UX)
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to capture and integrate their data, information, and knowledge into the KM system
- Manage projects including schedule, budget, logistics, and resource planning
- Evaluate performance metrics against project deliverables, particularly focusing on improving content quality adherence
- Own the oversight, mentorship, and development of a team of colleagues
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- 4+ years of experience with process improvement, workflow design, and program development
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with timelines
- 2+ years of experience establishing partnerships with operational teams
- 2+ years of experience managing people and developing teams
- 2+ years of experience utilizing advanced data analytics to make decisions and drive improvements
Bonus Points
- CCMS and/or KMS work experience, including exposure or expertise in Technical Writing
- Experience with communicating and presenting complex information in a digestible format for a variety of audiences
- Process Improvement/CI experience (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher)
- Bachelor's degree

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
