Position Summary
The Manager, IT Application Systems is responsible for services and support of an assigned segment of the enterprise systems. The position encompasses strategic planning, contract negotiation, project management, system acquisition, design, installation, modification, upgrades, support, enhancement, education, audit and monitoring. The Manager supports and implements state-of-the-art technologies to meet organizational and departmental objectives, decisions, and policies that support the business objectives for the entire organization. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, with Master’s preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Minimum four years direct IT operational support, large software implementations, and customer service. Healthcare experience preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in project management and project management tools and PMP preferred
- Minimum two years experience with change management and process improvement methodologies; Certification preferred
- Experience with vendor and executive customer management, contracts and budgeting preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $144,394.00 - $199,389.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
