Manager, Impact, Curriculum & Instruction (+Literacy/Mathematics), are core curriculum and instruction Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who manage the team of Impact Specialists, Curriculum and Instruction (+Literacy/Mathematics). Through a broad range of field sales and support for our core curricula, this leadership role will advance Curriculum Associates’ footprint and impact in the core space through the ability of the SMEs to communicate features, advantages and benefits of the SMEs core offering in sales settings. With a deep understanding of teaching and learning, the Manager, Impact, Curriculum & Instruction will lead and model core opportunity advisement that strengthens core implementations including pilots and efficacy work. In partnership with the AVP Literacy Curriculum and Instruction/AVP Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction a critical function of this role is to build and maintain strong, efficient, timely communications with key stakeholders from product, marketing, service and executive leadership.

The impact you'll have:

Lead and Mentor a Team of Impact Specialists, Curriculum and Instruction (M/L):

  • Support the AVP in developing and executing a curriculum of product and presentation training in conjunction with national directors that will ready and maintain gold standard presentation skills in service to revenue
  • Ensure all team members maintain a deep understanding of legislation that impacts their core subject area on instruction, standards change, and adoption opportunities for states within the assigned region.
  • Develop ability to communicate features, advantages and benefits of the SMEs core offering in sales settings.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation and measurable accountability.
  • Provide guidance and access to information and assets that enable swift response to core sales, implementations, pilots and efficacy sites.
  • Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities, advocating for their access to information and support necessary for achieving results.

Oversee Efforts to Strengthen Key Implementations:

  • Develop a plan to maintain and leverage data to report out on the health of key core implementations overseen by the SMEs.
