POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Growth & Performance is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and optimize performance across various programs and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in growth and performance management.
STARTING SALARY: $120,000 annualized (exempt position).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role focused on business growth and performance management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on experience in deploying and managing digital advertising platforms
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong project management skills with experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial targets.

• Strategic Thinking: Crafting growth strategies, identifying market opportunities, and setting performance goals that drive the organization forward.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer behavior to guide strategic initiatives.
• Leadership and Team Management: Providing direction, mentoring team members, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring effective team collaboration.

• Excellent Communication: Reporting performance metrics to senior management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders.

- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with senior management to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
- Performance Management:
- Set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are being met.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Data Analysis:
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve growth and performance objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

- Marketing & Enrollment Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute growth initiatives.
- Oversee campaigns and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Project Management:
- Manage projects related to business growth and performance enhancement.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Student Focus:
- Ensure student satisfaction and loyalty through improved experience.
- Use student feedback to drive experience enhancements.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets related to growth and performance initiatives.
- Ensure financial targets are met and identify cost-saving opportunities.

CONTACT RESPONSIBILITY:
Internal: Interacts with supervisor to receive general direction and instructions and/or review of work results. This position will work closely with colleagues in multiple departments.
External: Interacts with outside vendors, such as advertising, digital and PR agencies, printers, graphic designers, and copywriters to ensure the successful and accurate execution of promotional strategies.

Office Location: Remote
Work Hours: Generally standard office hours.
Travel: May require occasional travel to Alliant International University campus locations.
