Your day at NTT DATA
Reporting to the GDC Sr. Director of Campaigns, the Global Campaigns Operations and Analytics Manager position will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of business reporting processes, strategic campaign initiatives, infrastructure, and technology required to deliver on marketing plans and goals. This position will work across marketing and extended NTT organizations to support strategic business needs while enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our end-to-end Global Data Center (GDC) lead generation engine. Manages and guides associated department members and direct reports on activity execution and practices.What you'll be doing
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the plan, management, and implementation of full integration of our marketing technology platform and its roadmap - audit and evaluate our marketing technology stack, including automation capabilities, platform standardization, lead processing, and measurement and reporting - ensure we are making the most of our Marketing investments.
- Interpret and apply strategy and associated plans/roadmap to actionable outcomes for associated team in the areas of reporting, martech stack implementation, campaign analytics and optimization
- Manage, collaborate and guide team to reach defined fiscal goals and KPIs
- Manage the collaboration across GDC Marketing, Sales, and Product teams as well as NTT DATA to ensure that we are taking advantage of all data available to help drive efficiency at every level of the funnel.
- Partner with NTT DATA to drive execution of necessary business requirements within core platforms such as website, SFDC, Eloqua, Power BI and more.
- Managing the development of dashboards and campaign hierarchies for key health metrics (e.g., acquisition, engagement, conversion) campaign attribution results and key stakeholder reporting on a regular cadence; develop GDC-specific dashboard platform.
- Provide strategic leadership on analysis and recommendations on digital growth and drive implementation of optimization initiatives.
- Manage maintain privacy and data compliance throughout all Marketing operations.
Demand Generation Specifics
- Manage Always On data center location PPC strategy with vendor, looking to enhance performance, reallocate budget, and balance corresponding organic SEO performance alongside available DC location capacity.
