Manager, Experiential Marketing

While no two days are the same, you will drive project management and day-to-day tasks to get projects done with internal & external partners. Build and manage budgets and timelines while holding teams accountable. Communicate effectively, including the ability to clearly storytell through PPT presentations and present concepts to all levels of the organization. Stays calm under pressure and think quickly on your feet to resolve issues that arise, especially in an onsite environment. Exhibit integrity, ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness, while being able to find energy in ambiguity. Lastly, have curiosity around learning new things, uncovering new opportunities and staying current with experiential trends, technology & culture.What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- You have 2 years of marketing strategy and/or event production experience
- You have a deep understanding of the fundamentals of experiential programs and how they can help drive impact for brands across all goals
- You are an analytical thinker with ability to turn insights into action to improve our approach
- You are self-motivated, organized, and collaborative, with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping projects on course
- You are a strong strategic thinking and flawless execution, with impeccable attention to detail
- You have the ability to work with cross-functional teams with bias towards action and innovation
- You have the ability to travel, work evenings, weekends and some holidays to support execution.
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. $61,002-$122,110All other locations:
$50,429-$100,858Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
