A Brief Overview

The Manager Communication Cybersecurity will transform concepts, messages, and stories into tangible deliverables to support RGA's Global Security Office strategies. He/she will develop written and creative content and strategies in support of internal communication efforts. The content includes the development of graphics, print, and presentation materials to communicate cybersecurity efforts and accomplishments to various levels ranging from project teams to Executive leadership. Development of content and strategies will complement narrative and message development i partnership with Corporate communications as well as Global Technology stakeholders. The communications will ensure brand integrity and consistency.



What you will do

• Manages written and creative output for projects within the GSO Communications team from concept to production. Executes compelling content and deliverables in both print and digital to ensure a uniform brand identity.
• Creates repeatable templates for communication use to varying levels of leadership within the company.
• Develops an intake process for partnering teams in need of communication support, to include: creation of a communication plan, evaluation of communication support, creation of materials, assignment of tasks, and mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed of progress for communication plan execution.
• Provide direct communication when requested or necessary including status updates to GSO leadership on a set cadence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in creative services, design or related field required
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in creative design, communications, or marketing. required
• Minimum 2 years of specific experience in global technology or global security communications. required
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. required
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, specific to PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. required
• Experience in leading other team members

Compensation Range:

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
