Annual Compensation: Base Salary ($90,000 - $100,000) + Commissions + Bonus

Job Overview: 

As a Territory Sales Manager at Cardiac RMS by DocGo, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare providers in your assigned territory to achieve our mission of maximizing clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, staff efficiencies, and the financial performance of healthcare practices. Through your consultative selling approach and in-depth knowledge of our solutions, you will help healthcare providers reduce emergency department visits and hospitalizations for patients with chronic conditions. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the efficiencies of their staff and the overall success of their practice. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Territory Management: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively manage your assigned territory, including identifying key target accounts, developing relationships, and generating new business opportunities. 

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of healthcare providers in your territory and position Cardiac RMS by DocGo solutions as the ideal choice to maximize clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. 

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within healthcare practices, including physicians, administrators, and other relevant personnel. 

  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Cardiac RMS by DocGo products, services, and solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to healthcare providers.
