Job Description

WHILE THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION, CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN THE NYC AREA IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

As the Manager, Analytics, you will be part of a cross-functional team and provide analytical support to both internal and external clients. You will take ownership by managing their workload and completing tasks with little structure. You will report to the Senior Manager, Analytics.

  • You will work across multiple projects that help improve marketing performance. You will be an active participant on the business, always engaged and contributing ideas.
  • You will define data requirements for data engineering build dashboards to meet client and internal teams expectations
  • You will produce easy-to-understand, error-free, timely deliverables and effectively communicate findings
  • You will create and maintain dashboards to meet business needs
  • You will identify data discrepancies/issues and troubleshoot
  • You will interpret data and analyze results to produce insights and create the strategic possible effects for clients
  • You will understand or be willing to learn both traditional (Linear TV) and digital media (Social, OLV, Search, eCommerce, Shopper, etc.)
  • You will work independently to deliver results and presentations to internal stakeholders and client, while keeping team members informed of progress
  • You will develop client relationships and partner with team members, management, and leadership
  • You will be willing to commute into both dentsu and client offices as needed for in person presentation
  • You will handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
  • You will contribute to the success of other team members by providing training, knowledge sharing and best practices
  • You will mentor and educate junior and offshore team members on job-relevant skills (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
