Role Summary

MetaPhase Consulting (MPC) is currently supporting our client at the US Department of the Treasury with their Enterprise IT Acquisition Management program. In support of this project, MPC is seeking a Management Analyst with three (3+) years of experience managing complex client relationships, strong engagement skills, and commitment to high quality standards for deliverables. This role will help identify common IT acquisition needs, establish and promote enterprise acquisition processes, and foster shared and scalable solutions across the Treasury department.Ā Ā Ā 
What You Will Be Doing Ā 
  • Reviewing acquisition requests to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Tracking the status of acquisition packages and communicating with customers throughout the acquisition process.
  • Preparing and maintaining reports and records to include capturing, analyzing, detailing, and updating project information (status, metrics, outputs, etc.)
  • Facilitating meetings to include scheduling and capturing, distilling, and distributing meeting minutes.

What We Need From You (Required) Ā 

  • A minimum of three or more (3+) years of direct experience managing or providing support for the management of a financial portfolio, preferably 1-3 years of experience in federal government consulting.ā€ÆĀ 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate information in an effective manner.ā€ÆĀ 
  • Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct multiple work requirements simultaneously.
