The Procurement on Demand team supports organizations by bringing rich experience and sustaining value creation through procurement. We focus on delivering category management, strategic sourcing, contract management, metrics and reporting. Team members provide value by leveraging flexible cost modeling with sustainable and pooled resources​, access to deep expertise in procurement categories, improved cycle times though enabling technologies, global resource model​, and value tracking.

Demonstrates extensive level of abilities and/or a proven record of success as follows:

  • Managing and shaping large Procurement/Source to Pay Business Process Services Managed Services engagements;
  • Having exposure to pre-sales activities and an extensive understanding of end-to-end RFP responses (including scoping/pricing/estimations/winning themes etc.);
  • Focusing on scope covering spend analysis, development of category and commodity strategies, market analysis, RFI and RFP events, online and reverse auctions, and award scenario analyses;
  • Understanding of end-to-end S2P processes to help clients improve operations, purchasing processes, strategic sourcing practices, and methodologies;
  • Implementing supplier relationship management techniques, negotiation strategies / tactics, and supplier implementation transitions;
  • Providing industry leading guidance in developing the offshore/nearshore/onshore procurement capabilities - resources, tools, and technologies;
  • Providing leadership, oversight, and governance with a focus on driving consistent and disciplined operational excellence;
  • Providing training and development support to offshore/nearshore/onshore team members on Procurement leading practices;
  • Managing issues and escalations through collaborative problem solving and solutioning;
  • Understanding new and emerging business areas important to Sourcing & Procurement;
  • Staying abreast of and leveraging industry-leading Sourcing and Procurement analytics tools, technologies including AI/ML to enhance client delivery;
  • Managing due diligence and operational readiness process, support managed services solution design during client pursuits and negotiations;
  • Understanding commercial instincts and an ability to analyze business performance and drivers of value creation within an enterprise, leveraging in-depth financial, quantitative, business development, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
  • Multi-tasking effectively across numerous initiatives or engagements through building and leveraging effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Multi-tasking effectively across numerous initiatives or engagements; and,
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps & CLM / ERP, with Preferred proficiency in data analytics and visualization, and exposure to RPA/AI/ML techniques

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
