Position Summary 

As a Low Voltage Systems Technology Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing, planning, and developing contract documents for healthcare construction projects. You’ll focus on cost estimating, budget and specification development for various IT, Low Voltage, Communications, and Special Systems, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction. 


Your Tasks Will Involve 

  • Developing and maintaining all project documents, including cost estimates, budgets, technology databases, and action items. 
  • Overseeing the planning process for IT/Communications Systems to meet contracted scope requirements. 
  • Coordinating with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients from design through to construction. 
  • Managing project schedules and profitability. 
  • Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings to coordinate IT/Communications equipment. 
  • Engaging in client-facing marketing and presentation activities to promote Mazzetti’s services.

Work Location 

This is a hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. The candidate will be required to be onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area for occasional specific project requirements, but most of the work can be done remotely from home in the San Francisco Bay Area. 


Travel Requirements: 20-25% 

Requirements

Expertise And Abilities You Will Contribute 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 7+ years in the industry. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Familiarity with IT, Low Voltage, and Communications Systems, especially in healthcare. 
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. 

Preferred: 

  • RCDD certification. 
  • Proficiency in software for project management, cost estimating, and document management.

What We Offer 

The typical salary range for a Low Voltage Systems Technology Project Manager in/around San Francisco, CA is $130,000-$150,000. The ultimate compensation may vary depending on your experience and job-related skills. Additionally, we offer a dynamic benefits package which includes the following:
