Loss Draft Specialist

• Responsible for performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing checks, processing documents, ordering, and reviewing inspections, working loss drafts queues, and evaluating exceptions.
• Responds to written and verbal customer requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provides an excellent customer experience by connecting with the customer, relaying accurate and detailed information, resolving issues, and when necessary, following up in a timely manner through inbound and outbound calls regarding hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss claims.

• Balance multiple tasks including call handling, loan level review and call documentation within required metrics.

• Uses multiple systems for tracking, information gathering and/or trouble shooting the items raised by the client/customer.
• May provide information and promote the use of additional products and services as needed.

• More experienced team members will resolve escalated calls.

• Meets behavioral expectations:  Attendance, teamwork, and organizational contributions.
• Demonstrates solid technical knowledge and quality performance.

• Works efficiently in client and company proprietary applications.

• Follows client standard policies and procedural guidelines for performing tasks.

• Performs basic and routines tasks with moderate complexity.

• Works under immediate supervision.

Pay Range:

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
