What this job can offer you
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space in Employee Lifecycle Operations, by joining our Employee Lifecycle team.
As a Lifecycle Specialist (OHS), you will be focused on Occupational Health Insurance byĀ ensuring that all activities related to the occupational health and safety of employees are performed effectively, compliantly, and on time across multiple countries supported by Remote. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing vendor partnerships, driving contract management processes, and be in charge of rolling out all events related to health and safety across the globe for Remoteās employees.
You will be reporting to Employee Lifecycle Manager.
What you bring
- Significant work experience in a digital environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Progressive management plus required examiner experience within Workersā Compensation insurance industry.
- Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing insurance partners and brokers
- Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries
- Good analytical skills, ability to map processes
- Team player who works independently and communicates proactively and positively
- A growth and problem-solving mindset. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change and do so quickly and effectively
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- It is not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
