Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Summary
As a Development Facilitator, you will analyze, choose, execute, and deliver learning and development workshops and programs for individual contributors and front-line leaders. This role involves understanding the competencies, skills, and behaviors associated with various positions and leveraging that insight to create effective, innovative, forward-thinking initiatives. You will collaborate with the Learning Operations and Design team, the Learning Delivery & Consultation team, and other subject matter experts to assess competency gaps and learning needs. You will design and deliver talent and culture learning programs through virtual platforms, blended approaches, or direct instruction. Additionally, you will support the development of custom learning solutions through our Learning Performance Consulting process.

This position reports to the Director, Global Learning Consultation & Delivery.
Remote role - must live near a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Apply principles of adult learning theory in building and delivering development sessions, experiences and resources.
- Facilitate engaging and learner-centric workshops and programs.
- Effectively manage classroom dynamics.
- Collaborate with thought leaders and subject matter experts to curate and validate learning content.
- Lead learning and development initiatives focused on individual contributors and front-line leaders.
- Own and manage learner-centric experiences focused on enabling learning pre-, during, and post- engagement.
- Direct marketing and communications for assigned training programs, in partnership with Learning Operations.
- Identify and utilize operational data to inform identification of objective-based success metrics.
