You will report to our Head of Talent Sourcing and will be based remotely from the United States.
You will:
- Proactively map talent landscapes and addressable markets to identify current and future leadership needs, including in-depth analysis for open Executive-level roles.
- Analyze and track macro market changes, competitor organizations, and trends to better position recruiting strategies
- Own of top of funnel candidate pipelines
- Play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our executive recruitment strategy and building a world-class leadership team
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Waymo, often being the first point of contact for prospective candidates
- Craft comprehensive written evaluations of potential candidates for Hiring Leader assessment
- Serve as a valued thought partner to Executive Hiring Leaders; provide insightful candidate profiles and recommendations to Hiring Leaders in weekly syncs / meetings
- Foster relationships with underrepresented candidates through personalized outreach and communication
You have:
- 10+ years executive sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
- Experience in executive-level recruiting research, with a strong track record of sourcing senior executives
- Expertise in executive search methodologies, market intelligence, and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in using tools and techniques for talent identification
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with and influence senior-level candidates and stakeholders
- Executive-facing presentation and communication skills
- Experience developing creative and proactive approaches to solving ambiguous problems
- Utilized advanced sourcing methods, including deep web searches, industry events, and executive networks, to identify and engage with senior-level candidates in the past
- Experience analyzing and reporting on key metrics related to executive candidate pipelines and sourcing effectiveness
We prefer:
- Experience building deep relationships with candidates and pipelines of talent
- Experience in AV or similar industry
- Experience with Gem and Greenhouse

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
