We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Data Management Specialist based out of our New York, NY office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
Audit the client information database and associated systems to ensure functionality and maintain top data quality standards.
Evaluate the quality of current operating practices, conducting research and analyses to identify pain points, cost factors, and areas for improvement.
Analyze test results on data quality and security to derive informed solutions that address pressing needs, delivering the best and most secure product to clients.
Serve as an expert in Data Management, consulting with internal business leaders to provide insights and services that meet data and data storage demands.
Develop proposals for innovative new data practices and platforms to enhance and transform internal data capabilities.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in data management and quality assurance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
