Sales Lead, Brand Partnerships
About the Role - As a visionary leader, you will guide our Sales Associates to build and enhance brand relationships, using data-driven insights and strategic collaboration. Your entrepreneurial spirit and sales leadership will be instrumental in driving our growth, ensuring everyone has access to the foods they love in an ever-evolving market.
About the Team - The Brand Partnerships team is at the forefront of our mission to connect customers with their favorite brands in the most efficient and innovative ways. By operating at the intersection of CPG, advertising, and eCommerce, this team is a critical driver of Instacart’s success and expansion. We thrive on cross-functional collaboration and a fast-paced work environment, constantly aiming to enhance our advertising performance and customer experience.
About the Job
- Lead and develop a team of high-performing Sales Associates to achieve quarterly targets.
- Measure and track key business and industry trends.
- Improve our sales process, collateral, and data sharing capabilities to enhance team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve advertising performance and customer experience.
- Foster a culture of creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals/quota.
- Demonstrated ability to develop early career professionals.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong history of cross-functional collaboration in high-growth environments.
- Process-driven approach to managing sales and team development.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advertising, particularly in paid search, CPG, or eCommerce.
- 1-2 Years of experience in sales management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
