Compensation Range:

$96,860.00 - $145,290.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:
Acts as the facilitator of initiatives both within and external to the department. Working closely with leadership, develops programming models for core programs specific to the department or function. Ensures the development of special project plans, objectives, and metrics. Works collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure effective delivery of project and program outcomes. Facilitate meetings and presentations with various stakeholder groups, and collaborate with leadership as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develops project and program plans, including establishing timelines, outlining objectives and metrics, and leading cross-functional project/program teams. Identifies resource needs of each project/program and works with leadership to align requirements to workflows.
  • Analyzes large multivariable datasets made up of sensitive workforce or financial data, identifying patterns, gaps, and critical areas of concern. Utilizes the data to make fact-based recommendations for program and project development, long-term business sustainability, risk mitigation, and cost projections.
  • Represents team/function in meetings with leaders throughout the University, delivers presentations, and collaborates with key stakeholders to solve business challenges.
  • Reviews and interprets laws and government regulations affecting operations. Recommends and implements revisions to policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Investigates and works with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of progressive related experience required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
