The Lead Product Marketing Manager for Member Experience will be integral in shaping and communicating the core messaging and positioning of Spring Healthâs world-class member experience. This role will require a seasoned product marketer who can seamlessly translate our product innovations into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders, including sales, customer success, revenue enablement, cross-functional marketing teams, and the executive team. In addition to leading downstream marketing initiatives, this role will have a strategic focus on upstream activities such as market research, product strategy alignment, and competitive analysis to help inform product positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling messaging frameworks that reflect the value of our member experience, resonating with both internal and external audiences.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between product, sales, customer success, and other teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration in all go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
- Market Strategy & Research: Lead upstream marketing activities, including market research and competitive analysis, to refine our positioning and go-to-market strategies.
