 The Lead Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Lead Product Manager will organize, prioritize, and own the roadmap for Humana's Digital Health Platform (DHP). Responsibilities include:

  • Working with business teams to understand pain points and opportunities to deliver value across Data and Digital solutions

  • Ownership of the DHP roadmap

  • Leading the DHP ART

  • Creation of PI Business Objectives and Features

  • Prioritization and coordination with RTE, POs, and Management on planned work by PI

  • Scheduling releases and delivering value to the business.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to work with management on both business and IT to identify member and organizational needs/goals, be able to work with and collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams, elicit and document requirements, understand value needing to be delivered and effectively prioritize work across the DHP organization to deliver value to all stakeholders.  

Ultimately, you’ll help us roll-out products that deliver on Humana’s vision.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management 

  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, Azure Cloud, Service APIs, and digital healthcare solutions

  • Working expertise within SAFe Agile, ADO, and Jira Align 

  • Ability to manage risks and impediments impacting teams 

  • Align and prioritize enterprise initiatives, epics, objectives, and features across multiple PI’s 

  • Manage PIs and ensure delivery of business value of objectives and features 

  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle 

  • Technical and Product background with knowledge of software development, APIs, and web technologies 

  • Team spirit, positive attitude, and good communication abilities 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Humana’s Digital Health Platform, Architecture, APIs, business applications and downstream systems a big plus

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$136,200 - $187,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
