What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Integrated Planning Analyst to drive the development, execution, and continuous improvement of integrated planning processes. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Business Planning, this role will shape the company’s planning strategies, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and optimizing decision-making at both strategic and operational levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading planning initiatives, forecasting, scenario modeling, and analytics in a cloud or technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and own the end-to-end S&OP and S&OE processes, ensuring alignment between long-term strategy and operational execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning, supply optimization, and financial modeling to enhance operational efficiencies
- Develop scenario planning models to support strategic customers, enabling proactive decision-making and risk mitigation in a dynamic cloud environment.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and scenario analyses that support strategic decision-making, optimizing supply-demand alignment and operational scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, sales, and engineering, to enhance integrated planning, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Establish and refine KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and improve planning effectiveness.
- Partner with data and tooling teams to enhance and automate planning processes, improving efficiency and data accuracy.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in integrated business planning, operations analysis, or financial modeling, preferably in a cloud or technology-driven environment.
- Expertise in data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to drive insights and reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills in Excel and SQL
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior leadership.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable planning processes that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Ability to simplify complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,000-$175,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
