RemoteThe senior e-commerce Technical Lead position will work on a cross-functional team to develop and maintain the Collins customer portal and related applications. The individual will be responsible for management and monitoring of the e-commerce environment and collaborating with Corporate and outsourced supplier resources responsible for the Web Hosting environment. Additionally, the position will include working directly with internal customers and development teams to deliver new solutions that provide a world class experience for our airline customers.
This position will require the individual to have the technical skills to develop and release new functionalities, troubleshoot production issues, plan for software upgrades and support implementations of new functionality. Additionally, the position will involve setting strategic technical direction for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring solutions make the best use of available technology to meet business needs.
** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **
What YOU will do:
Design and develop new functionalities.
Support of existing e-commerce/Web Hosting environment
Plan and support new software releases
Work with Internal Customers to implement new functionality
Coordinate and support of software development with IT development resources
Work with the development teams and solution architects to continually improve the system stability, performance, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications you must have:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Hybris & Datahub in building testable, scalable, robust, and efficient ecommerce applications using SAP Hybris & Java / J2EE technologies that are related to ecommerce platform
Expertise in ecommerce tools & technologies such as Hybris 6.x or higher, Java / J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, JSP & Servlets, Angular JS & Node JS, REST / SOAP APIs, JUnit, Angular, CSS & HTML 5
Experience on various Client/Server, Distributed and Web applications, having real time exposure on SAP Hybris Commerce suite, Core platform like Data modeling, HAC (Hybris admiration administration console), HMC (Hybris management console), Back office (Next generation cockpit) Product Content and Catalog Management, personalization, Business Processes, Backoffice customization IMPEX, Flexible Search
Experience working with Commerce Cloud CCV2 and composable storefront
Experience with BTP Integration suite, customization and integration with Commerce Cloud
Experience implementing large scale enterprise applications.

Experience with ADO and CI/CD Jenkins Integration
Knowledge on at least one leading e-commerce platform other than Hybris such as IBM WebSphere Commerce and Oracle
Knowledge on web infrastructure and application deployment processes
Experience with Atlassian suite of tools
Spring Framework, Linux, and Apache experience
Experience with cloud services and deployment
Experience with shell scripting

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
