Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer  to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will support the the Data Center and Cloud Optimization Program (DCCO) within our growing Marketing Team to support a variety of internal and customer-facing marketing collateral for our organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take visual representations, in both print and digital media, from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing concepts and be able to find the right style and layout for every project, while incorporating existing branding and style requirements.

Fully remote with occasional travel to VA/DC Metro area.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or stakeholders on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, signage, internal communications, templates, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Develop concepts and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Manage and track graphic deliverables based on established processes, using project management tools and associated marketing repositories.
• Stay abreast of current marketing design trends and incorporate into deliverables when warranted.
• Collaborating with multiple teams across our organization, the graphic designer will be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects with our customer.
• Examples of deliverables include slick sheets, white papers, PowerPoint presentations, capability sheets and use-case/success stories.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required; Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
