About the Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist, reporting to the Australian Marketing Manager, your mission is to source, qualify, and deliver high-quality leads, fueling their sales team's success, and employ data-driven strategies to consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets, fostering business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads for the company, focusing on relevant businesses and industries.
  • Thoroughly vet and qualify leads, ensuring they match the criteria and preferences of the sales team.
  • Establish a dedicated area of research to source new leads and stay updated with industry trends continuously.
  • Provide Sales/Management with leads that have been pre-qualified and express interest in face-to-face meetings.
  • Conduct cold outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage with decision-makers within target corporations and companies.
  • Start conversations with potential clients via phone to introduce the company and its products or services.
  • Compose and send introductory emails, introducing key personnel and products to prospects, fostering initial connections and interest.


Experience & Software
Ā 

  • 3+ years experience in lead generation within a B2B environment, including the ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Proven ability to conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to connect with decision-makers in corporations and companies.
  • Experience in lead qualification, ensuring that leads meet the criteria and preferences of the sales team.
  • Experience in lead generation for the construction as well as WHS (Work, Health, and Safety) industries is beneficial but not required.
